We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare, supplements, or personal care products.
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.
Exchanges are only offered if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
